Nalka has entered into an agreement to acquire Anlagen-Montagen Werder GmbH (AMW), a full-service engineering and service provider specializing in electrical power infrastructure, based in Werder (Havel), Germany. AMW delivers end-to-end solutions for high-, medium-, and low-voltage systems, supporting utilities and industrial customers with the planning, construction, installation, commissioning, modernization, maintenance, and servicing of electrical substations and switchgear. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Werder (Havel), Germany, AMW has a strong position in North-East Germany, while also delivering projects and services nation-wide, and internationally.
Bluemont Consulting supported Nalka on the buy-side by conducting a Commercial Due Diligence. The project team comprised Markus Fränkel, Sascha Vollmerhausen, Alexander Mooser, and Nils Bohne.
