Jürgen is managing partner of Bluemont Consulting. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience and has worked on numerous global projects during his professional career. Jürgen worked for the international strategy consultancy A.T. Kearney in the high tech sector and later founded the software start-up scaraboo in the telecommunications and internet sector, which he later successfully sold. Through his activities, he has been able to build up in-depth expertise for high-tech and digitization projects. He then founded the management consultancy Lukas & Company, which later became Bluemont Consulting. Jürgen studied business administration at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and at the Business School in Turku (Finland).
Markus is managing partner of Bluemont Consulting. He has more than 25 years of experience in management consulting and in the industry. He worked for renowned management consultancies, for example, for 12 years at A.T. Kearney as Head of Marketing & Communication for Central Europe. He has created the basis for his excellent experience in the consumer goods industry and trade and in addition, as Head of Key Account Management at the chocolate factory Lindt & Sprüngli and as a consultant at MC Marketing Corporation. One of the main areas of consulting is the Transaction Services division. Markus was involved here in more than 100 Due Diligences and in about 200 consulting projects in different branches and in the digital environment. Markus studied business administration at the University of Mannheim.
Dieter is Associate Partner in our Munich office. He has more than 20 years of professional experience from leading management positions. He worked in industrial companies and top management consultancies. Dieter supports globally operating companies from the telecommunications/IT industry as well as consumer goods manufacturers, suppliers and service providers to optimize their performance along the entire value chain. He has led many global teams and projects and is an expert in sales, business development, product management, marketing, communications, cost reduction programs and reorganization. He also brings experience in organizational development and change management. Dieter also has a broad know-how from start-up, restructuring and BPO programs. Before joining Bluemont Consulting, Dieter worked for leading companies such as E-Plus, vebacom, o.tel.o, BT/o2, Wincor-Nixdorf, Allianz Global Assistance and Gigaset. Dieter holds a degree in business administration and studied at the renowned Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster.
Martin C. Krebs
Martin is Associate Partner for our North America region. Martin has gained most of his 17+ years of professional experience in management positions in the automotive industry. He was a member of the management/ CFO of a large medium-sized automotive supplier and previously worked as a legal consultant for a large automotive company in south-west Germany. He has a worldwide project experience, especially in USA, China and Germany. In addition to the automobile industry, the manufacturing and aviation industries are among his main areas of activity. Martin has extensive experience in organizational development projects, restructuring, projects in the areas of finance and controlling, projects for the introduction of compliance, risk management or corporate social responsibility programs as well as regulatory He also supports and advises on company transactions and market analyses. Martin completed his legal education at the Justus-Liebig-University of Gießen with the state examination and at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and has complemented it by studies at the University of Southern Queensland with a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Dr. Robert Faidel
Robert is Associate Partner at Bluemont Consulting. He has more than 10 years of consulting experience and has worked on numerous consulting and implementation projects during his professional career. Robert’s consulting focus is on intralogistics, supply chain management and foreign trade. Through his work, he has been able to build up profound expertise in the fields of Auto ID, High Tech but also logistics for emerging markets.
Robert has studied business administration with a focus on procurement and logistics at the University of Applied Sciences in Pforzheim and has received his doctorate in production logistics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
Dr. Jochen Walter
Jochen is Associate Partner in our Munich office. He has more than 25 years of international experience as an investment professional, management consultant, interim manager and supervisory board member. During his many years as a partner at BayTech Venture Capital and as Investment Director at BayernLB Capital Partner, Jochen was responsible for the HighTech, Media and Energy division, supported 12 portfolio companies in their successful growth process and managed more than 40 successful M&A transactions and a large number of Due Diligences. Within the scope of his consulting activities at the international strategy consultancy A.T. Kearney and as a self-employed interim manager, he has managed projects in the areas of post-merger integration, strategy and change management, among others. Due to his professional experience, Jochen has great expertise in all aspects of M&A and Post Merger Integration and a deep knowledge of digital business models and the TIMES markets.
Jochen began his career in the consumer goods sector at Unilever, after studying process engineering at the University of California Santa Barbara and the Technical University of Munich, and completing a doctorate in technical chemistry at the Technical University of Munich.
Florian is Associate Partner in our Munich office. He has more than 18 years of professional experience as management consultant and interim manager in international projects. Florian worked Deloitte’s international management and strategy consultancy in the areas of Corporate Finance and Strategy & Operations and managed numerous international projects for banks and industrial companies with a focus on M&A Advisory and Corporate Restructuring. In addition to the preparation and evaluation of business plans and controlling, his expertise includes the development and implementation of restructuring and profit improvement programs. In addition, he has many years of experience as an independent management consultant and interim manager in the areas of finance and operations with a focus on cost optimization and restructuring. His main industries specialties are automotive, steel, consumer goods and services.
Florian has a degree in business administration from the University of Augsburg and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dayton.
Christian is Associate Partner in our Munich office. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic management consulting, line management and digital ventures. Christian was involved in building up Interhyp AG and knows the challenges and opportunities of digitalization and new ecosystems from various perspectives: as a start-up, as a group of companies and as an investor. Christian has been responsible for projects especially in the area of Banking/ Insurance/ Financial Services, many well-known companies are among his clients. Christian has worked at Commerzbank and Citibank and has also worked at A.T. Kearney, has been responsible for projects in Sales Management, Operating Model, Process Optimization / Transaction Banking as well as Asset Management and Credit. The challenges in Digital Business and Going to Market are well known to him from various projects and his own start-up activities.
In addition to the strategic levers, he is also familiar with important operational challenges in Client Centric Design, Sales Funnel Management and KPI Design. Christian has managed the redesign of business units, digital transformation and merger integrations for companies. He is an investor and entrepreneur in Digital Ventures. He has published and presented on various innovative topics. Christian is a banker, economics graduate and holds a doctorate in the field of Data Science / Quantitative Capital Market Research.
Robert is an Associate Partner at Bluemmont Consulting. He has many years of experience in the automotive sector and has carried out many international projects in the automotive industry. He worked in various management positions at the automobile manufacturing company BMW in the areas of marketing and sales and was responsible for the product management and the worldwide market launch of the BMW 3 Series. Later he founded his own consulting company with focus on market entry strategies for German companies in Latin America.
Robert graduated in Business Administration at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich with a degree in Business Administration and completed post-graduate studies in International Trade and Economic Development at the University of Berkeley (California).
Mohammed El Sayed
Mohammed is Associate Partner in our growing MENA region. Mohammed is a Senior Automotive Executive with more than 25 years of professional experience. He has a wealth of experience, particularly in the automotive industry. Here he was active both in an advisory capacity and in management functions. His regional focus is on MENA, especially Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Africa and Egypt. Mohammed worked for various OEMs and distributors in MENA, such as BMW and General Motors. The main focus of his work is on sales, marketing, service, after-sales, dealer management and production (CKD assembly). In addition, Mohammed supports companies from various industries in the MENA region in market launch and developing markets (e.g. joint ventures, distributor search, project management).
Alberto is Associate Partner with a focus on our high-tech business. He advises companies and research institutions in the field of R&D and innovation management. As a technical consultant, Alberto was in charge of more than 50 R&D projects of the European Commission, among other things. Alberto Belle works worldwide with large multinational companies in the IT/telecommunications industry as well as with companies in the high-tech sector. Alberto helps companies understand markets, anticipate trends and improve the marketing of innovative products and services. Based on his multidisciplinary approach, he provides his clients with the latest findings and innovative approaches to improve performance and profitability.
