What entry opportunities does Bluemont Consulting offer?
For a career at Bluemont Consulting, there are different entry possibilities depending on your professional experience. We are looking for experienced consultants, industry experts, young professionals and graduates. In addition, motivated and talented students from the 3rd semester onwards are given an insight during the first semester as an intern or working student, into the world of management consulting.
Graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree usually join us as consultants. With a doctorate or corresponding professional experience from industry or consulting, it is possible to enter at a higher career level.
How is my performance evaluated?
At the beginning of the year, you will have a target agreement discussion with both the managing directors and twice a year an additional detailed feedback discussion. In addition to mutual feedback, the status of target achievement is discussed in the half-yearly meeting and corresponding priorities are defined for the second half of the year. The year-end meeting includes the bonus discussion and the contents of the target agreement for the following year. In addition, you will regularly exchange information with your mentor and can thus benefit from his or her wealth of experience and plan your next career steps together.
How does the project routine look like at Bluemont Consulting?
Corporate groups, medium-sized companies and private equity firms rely on our services. Because of this diversity of customers, we have no standard projects. These can last from a few weeks to a whole year and can be handled by one consultant or an entire team. Furthermore, we are trying to work from our office in Munich if possible. Compared to other consultations, the amount of travel is therefore much lower. This is not only good for the work-life balance, but also reduces the ecological footprint!

Team spirit, flexibility and a distinctive social behavior are among your strengths. High quality standards, an independent way of working and a good understanding of finance and numbers are what that distinguish you. Very good German and English language skills as well as MS-Office knowledge are a matter of course for you. You are at least in the 3rd semester of an economic or technical course of study. In addition to above-average high school diplomas and academic achievements, you should have challenging practical experience and stays abroad during your studies or within the scope of internships.
